We offer another package (NFC technology) that includes cashless payments, top-up/cashback, voucher redemption system, digital raffles, and more.

What is the Remote Package?

Our Remote Package is designed for small self-service events and is available worldwide. This package is also perfect for organisers who want a complete contactless event solution or for those who don’t want to print out QR Code badges.

What is the difference between Remote Package and the other packages?

The main difference is that our Remote package can be deployed anywhere without any on-site tech support from us. Standard and Advanced packages both have QR badge printing and on-site technical support.

While our Standard and Advanced packages can cater to bigger events, they are only available in South East Asia due to logistical limitations.

Can I use another ticketing platform with PouchNATION?

Yes you can! Our system supports multiple 3rd party ticketing platforms. You can import your database to your  PouchNATION dashboard for a seamless and hassle-free experience for you and your guests.

Can I use my existing devices or do I buy new hardware?

PouchNATION recommends devices with Android V5 or newer.  Other specifications can be found here. Please note that not all devices are the same, we advise the client to conduct tests on the device you are planning to purchase before buying a fleet of devices.

I don't want to use QR code badges. Can I use wristbands or other form factors for my events?

We offer other solutions that use NFC form factors such as wristbands (tyvek, fabic, and silicone). It requires a different app that supports Cashless Payments, Cashback, Vouchers and Point Reward Systems, Advanced Custom Surveys, Digital Raffles, and more.  Mixing both QR badges and NFC form factors are not currently possible. Do I need internet connection during my event?

Our system works both offline and online. During your event, you can operate offline but during the initial setup, an internet connection is required to sync the app data to your devices.
