Can I use another ticketing platform with PouchNATION?
Yes you can! You can import your existing or any 3rd party ticketing database on your event dashboard as long as you follow the correct format provided to you.
Do I buy the NFC tags or are they included in the subscription?
Our system works both fully online or offline. Should you have an event in a remote area or anywhere without internet access, our system will still work.
Can we order custom NFC tags (silicone wristbands, cards, elastic bands)?
Yes you can. PouchNATION offers a wide selection of customizable NFC tags. By using these, attendees can make purchases, authorize access, store information, acquire loyalty points and many more instantly with just a tap.
Can I use my existing devices or do I buy new hardware?
PouchNATION recommends devices with Android V5 or newer. Other specifications can be found here. Please note that not all devices are the same, we advise the client to conduct tests on the device you are planning to purchase before buying a fleet of devices.
How do I generate reports?
On your dashboard, simply click the export button on the reports tab to download all the reports.
