Good Vibes Festival is one of Malaysia’s most highly anticipated music festivals and PouchNATION has been a proud supporter of the event for three out of the six years Good Vibes has operated. With more guests increasing each year, the festival needed a faster all-in one system to get the party going, which PouchNATION provided.

The festival took place in the remote area of Genting Highlands, which means all systems needed to have online/offline capabilities to serve thousands of people. Before using PouchNATION’s system, all of the transactions were done in cash, which made it susceptible to human error, a hassle to manage, longer guest wait, and no visibility on average spend.
PouchNATION was able to deploy an offline system from start to finish seamlessly, giving the organizers full visibility and control with a cashless transactions system. We offered a cashless payment solution using our NFC wristbands with multiple payment options for guests, while at the same time giving visibility to the event organizer. This means faster and hassle-free transactions, shorter wait time at top-up/refund stations, and zero loss.
