You will be automatically charged unless you cancel before your trial ends. You will be notified via email before your trial ends.

During the free trial, you would not be charged for your subscription plan. You will be ONLY be charged after your 30-day free trial ends.

To manage your account and subscription, just log in to your account then go to the Subscription tab.

Click on edit and you will then be able to see the details of your current plan.

Select the new plan that you want by going to Plan Name and then save.

Scroll down until you see the Addons Details section. Select the addon and quantity that you want to purchase.

Choose whether you want to be billed immediately or at the end of your billing term. Select your payment method then click save. It’s that easy!

To cancel your subscription, just log in to your account then go to the Subscription tab.

In the Subscription tab, click on your email address to see your current plan details.

Then on the Subscription Details column, click the more options button an select Cancel Subscription

A popup confirmation will appear. Click “Cancel on Next Renewal“.

You will still be able to use the service until your trial/current billed term ends.

If you are still on your trial period or current billed term, then you can still use our service until the next billing cycle.

No worries, you will be given 14 days to re-process your payment.
